Calling

We have developed and refined Smart calling, our proprietary technology for scheduling phone calls. Smart calling relies on a number of indicators and triggers for determining the right time to engage prospects in live conversations. Smart calling looks for actions such as email opens, click-throughs, and form submissions to signal a prospect's readiness to be contacted and assigns an agent to call right away. Smart calling also uses past prospect activities to determine time and availability for phone calls.
